Jánon Rollins, M.S., LSWA, is the Founder & CEO of LeadIQue Consulting LLC and an Organizational Strategist — bringing 15+ years across nonprofit consulting, organizational leadership, coaching, systems change, and social work, and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Springfield College.

A strategist at heart and hands-on from start to finish. Co-Active–trained coaching for individuals ready to grow. Assessment-grounded consulting for attorneys, courts, and nonprofits navigating what’s next. Every engagement runs directly through her.
